Bounce DanceFit started in UK when Franco Conquista, the program creator, launched it as a group exercise class in 2015.

Bounce DanceFit is a choreographed dance fitness class designed to make you fit while you enjoy different styles of street dance including hip-hop, waacking, vogueing, twerking and more. All these brought together in a fun environment, emphasising the aerobic aspect for a workout like no other!

All of the choreographies are fun and easy to follow, making it ideal for every level of fitness.

What is Vogueing? Popularized by Madonna, this dance step is done by “striking poses” with some fluid though precise and often quick movement between

What is Waacking? Moving the arms to the music beat, usually over and behind the shoulder (it will surely give you that arm and shoulder workout!)

What is Twerking?  Dance move that involves thrusting hip movements and a low, squatting stance

Bounce DanceFit became popular in UK in a span of 4 months; it’s so popular it reached Australia in no time! Bounce DanceFit was launched in Sydney on 5th December 2015 and our instructor, Majoy Clemente, is among the first 8 instructors that got trained and certified to teach the program. Bounce DanceFit will soon be offered in different gyms all over Sydney and Melbourne but,lucky you, as you can have it now, only here at Zenergy Zumba Sydney!
